By creating a Rekapia account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Rekapia.
2. Description of service
Rekapia is an AI-powered client reporting tool that helps marketing agencies and freelancers generate professional client reports. We provide the platform; the quality of outputs depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Your account
- •You must provide accurate information when registering
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- •You must be 18 years or older to use Rekapia
- •One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Subscriptions and billing
- •Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
- •All plans include a 3-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends
- •You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period
- •We do not offer refunds for partial months
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rekapia to:
- •Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent reports
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
- •Resell or white-label the service without written permission
6. Intellectual property
The reports generated by Rekapia using your data belong to you. The Rekapia platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our property.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Rekapia is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending to clients — we are not responsible for the accuracy of generated reports.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekapia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page.
